Our 340gsm Mesh PVC material is ideal for building wraps or areas which in which a standard banner could be easily damaged by wind.
The mesh banner material is porous which allows wind to pass through creating less stress on the banner itself. The mesh also allows light through so that when used on buildings, windows are not left completely darkened.
As with our 500gsm Vinyl PVC banners we print with UV-based inks making the banner completely weather-proof for prolonged outdoor use.
As each banner is printed just for you, you can have whatever you like on the banner and our banner design service is here to help if you are unable to create a file suitable for printing.
Banner Finishing
You can have your banner finished in numerous ways.
Hems & Eyelets
The standard finish of hems and eyelets allows for easy securing of the banner, as well as the extra strength around the edges. This is the most common finish on a banner as it allows for various methods of fixing the banner to the desired location.
Pole Pockets
Another popular finish, we sew the edge of the banner over to form a sleeve in which to insert a pole. Pole pockets can be added to any side of the banner.
Trimmed to Size
For a simple finish we can simply trim your banner to size. You can even have it trimmed with eyelets if you are not keen on a hem.
Other Finishes
We have finished banners in all shapes and sizes, from triangles to circles, to cutting arch-ways for people to walk-though. If you have a project with a finish that is a bit more specialised, please contact and we will be able to help.
Additional Strength
Additional strength is available for larger banners or banner being used in windy locations. This is in the form of a selt-belt-esque material, which is amazingly strong, sewn into the banner hem. Available for only £1.50 per linear metre.
A Bit of Weight
If you require the banner to only be secured at the top, you may wish to have a weight(s) sewn into the bottom hem to keep the banner straight. This is £3 per linear metre.
